As an organization committed to social development for over four decades, we have been privileged to work across the length and breadth of this vast and diverse nation. Our journey has taken us deep into communities—both rural and urban—allowing us to understand ground realities and respond with meaningful, sustainable interventions. Today, we are actively engaged across more than 40 districts in 12 states of India, partnering with communities, institutions, and stakeholders to create lasting social impact in the areas we serve.

Community-based approaches to water management have proven to be highly effective in addressing local water challenges, particularly in rural areas. One inspiring case study comes from village Kaler in the state of Rajasthan. A Check Dam was constructed to capture rainwater and recharge groundwater aquifers. The impact has been significant, with groundwater levels rising, dried-up wells being revived, improvement in quality of water and agricultural productivity increasing. Improved quality of drinking water has led to improved health status of the population. A Transformative change in water scarce region.
