Empowering Rural Livelihoods
Through its flagship initiative Saksham, PHD Rural Development Foundation (PHDRDF) empowers youth, women, and less privileged populations by equipping them with market-relevant skills for sustainable livelihoods. Operating across Delhi NCR, Uttarakhand, Haryana, and Rajasthan, the program has trained over 1,200 beneficiaries in the past three years. By fostering employability and entrepreneurship, PHDRDF’s skill training initiatives bridge the gap between potential and opportunity—enabling individuals to lead self-reliant and dignified lives while contributing to the socio-economic growth of their communities.
