Breaking the Silence on Menstrual Health

Breaking the Silence on Menstrual Health

For years, Parvesh from Chandan village, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh silently endured severe menstrual pain and irregular cycles, burdened by fear and stigma that kept her from seeking help. Health concerns were rarely discussed in her village. Learning about a health camp with a lady doctor became a turning point. Gathering courage, she finally spoke openly for the first time. Diagnosed with a hormonal imbalance, she received treatment and guidance. Within two months, her pain reduced, her cycles stabilized, and her strength returned. Today, Parvesh encourages other women to seek care and speak up for their health. For years, Parvesh from Chandan village, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh silently endured severe menstrual pain and irregular cycles, burdened by fear and stigma that kept her from seeking help.
